Maple Pecan Baked Brie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250-350g wheel of double cream brie cheese.
02 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar.
03 - 4 tablespoons maple syrup.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
06 - 2/3 cup pecan halves.
07 - Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking dish with parchment. Score top of brie in diagonal pattern.
02 - Mix brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in pecans.
03 - Top scored brie with pecan mixture and remaining liquid.
04 - Bake 18-22 minutes until bubbling. Spoon sauce over top and garnish with herbs.

# Notes:

01 - Best served immediately while warm.
02 - Can serve with crackers or crostini.
03 - Cheese will start to firm up after 15-20 minutes.
