Margarita Cream Lime Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
02 - 60 millilitres freshly squeezed lime juice
03 - 240 grams powdered sugar
04 - 30 millilitres tequila
05 - 30 millilitres orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec)
06 - 300 grams vanilla wafer crumbs
07 - 100 grams white sugar
08 - Finely grated zest from 1 lime, for coating

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, lime juice, powdered sugar, tequila, and orange liqueur until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Stir the vanilla wafer crumbs into the cream cheese mixture until a soft, sticky dough forms.
03 - Portion and roll the mixture into balls approximately 2.5 cm in diameter.
04 - Roll each ball in a mixture of white sugar and lime zest to evenly coat the surface.
05 - Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or until the margarita balls are firm to the touch.
06 - Present the chilled margarita balls on a serving platter.

# Notes:

01 - For a more intense citrus flavour, add extra lime zest to the coating mixture.
02 - Ensure the mixture is thoroughly chilled before serving for the best texture.
