Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Breadsticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1/2 pound thinly sliced beef (ribeye or flank steak)
02 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
03 - 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
04 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Breadsticks

10 - 1 pound pizza dough
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
13 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
14 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
15 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook those thin beef slices until they're nicely browned, about 2-3 minutes. Set them aside on a plate.
02 - In that same skillet, cook your sliced onions and peppers until they're nice and tender, about 5 minutes. Add the beef back in with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Give it another quick minute on the heat.
03 - Heat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Roll out your pizza dough into a big rectangle (about 10x14 inches) and cut it into 8 strips.
04 - Put some of that yummy beef mixture down the middle of each strip, top with both kinds of cheese, then fold the dough over and pinch it closed. Roll it gently so the seam's on the bottom.
05 - Place your stuffed breadsticks on the baking sheet. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan if you're using it.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until they're golden brown and puffy. Let them cool just a bit before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can use pre-cooked steak or leftover roast beef to save time.
02 - Try adding mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
03 - These are great dipped in marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
