Pineapple-Habanero Hot Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peppers & Fruit

01 - 5-6 habanero peppers, coarsely chopped
02 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped

→ Herbs & Seasonings

03 - 1 handful cilantro leaves, rinsed
04 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Liquids

05 - Juice from 1 lime
06 - 1 cup white vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
02 - Transfer mixture to a pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
03 - Allow sauce to cool completely, then strain if desired for a smoother consistency.
04 - Pour finished hot sauce into sterilized bottles and refrigerate until ready to use.

# Notes:

01 - This sauce has a vibrant tropical flavor with significant heat. Adjust habanero quantity based on desired spice level.
02 - Will keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
