Pistachio Butter Stuffed Dates (Print Version)

01 - 18 soft sukari dates
02 - 9 teaspoons pistachio butter
03 - 75g dark chocolate couverture
04 - ¼ cup chopped pistachios

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the dates open and remove the pits. Fill each date with ½ teaspoon of pistachio butter.
02 - Heat the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until completely melted.
03 - Using tongs, dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined board.
04 - Sprinkle the chocolate-covered dates with chopped pistachios. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until the chocolate has set.
