Radish Cucumber Dill Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 bunch organic green onions, rinsed
02 - 2 bunches organic radishes, rinsed
03 - 0.5 English cucumber or 3 pickling cucumbers, rinsed

→ Fresh Herbs

04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

→ Dressing

05 - 0.5 cup organic Greek yogurt or organic sour cream
06 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Thoroughly rinse green onions, radishes, cucumbers, and dill under cold running water.
02 - Slice cucumbers and radishes into thin rounds using a sharp knife or mandolin. Finely dice green onions and chop dill.
03 - Place sliced radishes, cucumbers, green onions, and dill into a large mixing bowl.
04 - Pour Greek yogurt or sour cream over the vegetables, then season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
05 - Gently toss all ingredients together to evenly coat the vegetables without crushing them. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, use a mandolin to achieve uniform vegetable slices.
02 - Chill the salad for 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavours.
