Raspberry Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - ½ cup raspberry jam.
06 - ¼ cup white chocolate, melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, then gradually mix in flour until dough forms.
03 - Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness on floured surface. Spread with raspberry jam. Roll into log and chill 30 minutes.
04 - Slice log into ¼ inch rounds. Place on prepared sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
05 - Cool completely on wire rack. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.

01 - Chill dough to maintain shape.
02 - Can dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
