Raspberry Swirl Cookies

# Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened.

½ cup granulated sugar.

2 cups all-purpose flour.

½ teaspoon vanilla extract.

½ cup raspberry jam.

¼ cup white chocolate, melted.
# Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, then gradually mix in flour until dough forms.

Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness on floured surface. Spread with raspberry jam. Roll into log and chill 30 minutes.

Slice log into ¼ inch rounds. Place on prepared sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.

Cool completely on wire rack. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
