Spicy Chipotle Mayo Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 120 ml mayonnaise
02 - 30 ml sour cream

→ Flavour Additions

03 - 2 to 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
04 - 15 ml adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
05 - 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 2.5 ml salt
07 - 2.5 ml ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Place mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper into a small mixing bowl.
02 - Using an immersion blender set to low speed, pulse the mixture several times until smooth or your desired texture is achieved. Ensure the blender head is completely immersed before activating to avoid splatter.
03 - Allow the sauce to rest, covered, in the refrigerator for at least one hour to develop and intensify the flavours.
