06 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
# Instructions:
01 - Place the sliced cucumbers, chopped parsley, lemon juice, sumac, kosher salt, and extra virgin olive oil in a serving bowl. Using clean hands, gently massage the mixture for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors and soften the cucumbers.
02 - Taste the salad and adjust with additional ground sumac if desired. Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
