Watermelon Tajin Cotija Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 2.5 cups (about 375 g) watermelon, cut into 5 cm cubes
02 - 1/2 lime, juice and zest
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped

→ Seasonings & Cheese

04 - 1/2 tablespoon Tajín seasoning
05 - 1/3 cup (approximately 40 g) cotija cheese, crumbled
06 - Pinch of flaky salt

# Instructions:

01 - Insert 5 to 6 watermelon cubes onto each wooden skewer, spacing them evenly.
02 - Drizzle the skewered watermelon with fresh lime juice and sprinkle evenly with Tajín seasoning.
03 - Top each skewer with crumbled cotija cheese, finely chopped mint, and a pinch of flaky salt. Serve immediately.
