Weight Loss Wonder Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped.
02 - 1 cup celery, diced.
03 - 1 cup white or yellow onion, diced.
04 - 1 cup carrots, diced.
05 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
06 - 2-3 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 4 cups chicken broth.
08 - 14 oz can basil oregano, garlic diced tomatoes.
09 - 1 teaspoon oregano.
10 - 1 teaspoon basil.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
12 - Black pepper to taste.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).
14 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat.
02 - Add celery, onions, bell peppers, and carrots. Cook until slightly tender.
03 - Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
04 - Pour in chicken broth. Add tomatoes and cabbage.
05 - Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender.
06 - Add oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

01 - Keeps in fridge for about 3 days.
02 - Can customize with different vegetables.
03 - Recipe makes enough for 3 days of meals.
